“Last year - our first visit to Fir Hill was for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend. Kids absolutely loved our little break so returning this summer was an easy decision! We’ve just returned from a week stay at the Fir Hill and yet again our staycation was incredible! Charlie, the owner is the loveliest most welcoming host one can wish for. The estate had new additions since last year which we all loved exploring. Fir Hill is secluded and surroundings are just breathtaking, yet it’s perfectly located to main attractions Cornwall has to offer. The setting has everything family needs and more, even with our one year old, we’ve had an amazing relaxing escape from fast moving technology saturated life. Booking next year’s break already! “Extremely impressed by the size of the site each yurt has a fair distance in-between. shower facilities had been kept clean throughout a long weekend. Charlie is a great host and had our bags taken on arrival to the yurt which was very helpful. beds are extremely comfy and well spread out. lots a seating areas around the site. I can not even put into words how amazing this weekend was. Thank you Charlie and I hope to visit again sometime.”
